Lost Planet 3

I am very excited to be able to announce that I am working on Lost Planet 3. The project is a blast to work on and the team is super talented.

Going back to Cali Cali

Well it has been fun Arizona. You have shown me many ups and down but it is time that I leave this place. I accepted a full time Environment Artist position with Spark Unlimited in Sherman Oaks California last week. I am very excited with what they are doing over there and I know that they will push me to become a better artist.

My first day is coming up soon and there is a ton of stuff that I have to take care of before I leave. I know that this move will be rough but I also know that in the long run this will be what is best for me and my family.

New Project

I have a lot of free time on my hands now a days so I though this would be the perfect time to start up a new at home project. I am going to be doing a mid evil bazzar market with a few little cool things along with it like a water canal in the middle of the street and a large water wheel.

I am thinking that it will take me about a good 2 months to finish up. I not taking any short cuts on this either. I am making it as if it was to be shipped, even using a naming convention lol. I have already started getting the base floor and enclosing area set up but it is nothing to look at yet.

I wanted to get a simple prop done for this to kind of set the tone and pace. Here it is.

Zbrush Practice

Been a while since I did any zbrush stuff so this was just a quick exercise to keep some of the techniques in mind.

WEBSITE ERROR

I have been getting a lot of feed back concerning my website. I was running great for the first few day but now it seems that there has been loading issues where it will either take 45+ seconds to load or not load at all. I have contacted my hosting provider and they confirmed that they are having hosting issues and are undergoing maintenance to fix the problems. Hopefully it should be working back up to speed in a day or so.

BIOSHOCK 2 FAN ART

I have always been a huge fan of the BIOSHOCK series. I can't wait for BIOSHOCK INFINITE to come out so I figured I could do some fan art to fill the gap.

New Website

After about 3 years of having the same website I thought it was time to upgrade it a little bit. It is pretty simple, straight forward and to the point. I wanted to make it easy to navigate and quick to go through. I will be updating it regularly as I produce more material so keep and eye on it.
